I bought it Sunday and own 1 and 2 already- I have played thru 1 several times - loved it but never finished 2 for some reason- I will but just have not yet and did not like it as much as 1- I have been watching my son play Pikmin 3 so far- I realy like it and look forward to starting a new game myself- I am glad to hear some of you are using the wimote and nu chuck w the game pad- I can fling Pikmin like 2nd nature w the wimote but not w the game pad- but I d see the other advantages the game pad has re maps etc. I don t see it being too cumbersome to use both from what I have seen and read-
I do hope they release DLC for Pikmin 3 - Nintendo has done dlc "right" so far - there is value. I can understand adding content to a successful game so long as feels like extra content ( more like an early sequel) not content you are paying for twice
