That's a lie.  I have seen you with the "banned" thing under your name at least twice before.  Sure, it may have been near the beginning of your time here, but that doesn't change the fact that I've seen it.  If you need proof, I checked your profile and found this:

On another note, you cant just say something is crap. You have to explain why you think its crap. Baseless negativity isnt allowed.

Baseless praise is unlikely to cause trouble. "Diablo III is awesome!" versus "new Tomb Raider is crap!" Which statement do you think people are more likely to take issue with?
