Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed 4, CoD, Battlefied 4, and all the sport games warrant a $400 purchase. Three of those are big time sellers, and Watch Dogs will probably be another one. The only thing the Wii U has is New Super Mario Bros. U, Pikmin 3, and soon The Wonderful 101. Only one of those games are big, but that's only one game. A large mass of people won't purchase a Wii U for those games. The only reason why you think it doesn't warrant a purchase is because you probably don't like those games, but a lot of other people do. People will pick up a Wii U once 3D world comes out, but as of now, no one needs a Wii U.

And sonic, mario 3d world, donkey kong, wind waker remake, wii party U... all exclusives. also, the multis you mentioned don't warrant a 400 dollar purchase when those games are available on previous systems.
