I'm not saying Wonderful 101 = Pikmin, especially in terms of gameplay. I'm saying that the art direction and general premise when you first see the game could easily pass for a Nintendo game, especially since it immediately makes you think of a certain one. I most certainly don't see how you, outlawauron, could say it "deviate(s) from what you normally see on a Nintendo platform" when that is just the sort of thing that would seem to be up Nintendo's alley: innovative concept, quirky characters in an surrealistic art style, nonsense story that takes a backseat to gameplay, big focus on utilizing the Wii U's Gamepad, short playthrough sessions that emphasize replay value over longer runs.
