I think at this point, there's more chance of it being a rock/ground type than a dragon type.

Wrong Again O.o Two reasons why, 1. There wont be a dual type eevee. 2. Dragon has the highest chance cuz of a trend. Every Eeveelution is Special Atk base (1st 3 generations typing was either Physical or Special) and Dragon is the only one missing from that category
