That's exactly what is going on here.

It's PallusPardus. He has the credibility of a rock. Especially when it comes to anything Naughty Dog related.

It shows the quality of ND to the point where he has to go to great lengths to debunk it. Same with Irrational and Infinite.

I have nothing against Irrational or Infinite, just find the gameplay to be okay-ish.
