I think they can if the supply is there. As people have said, the ps3 sold 740k launch aligned at a ridiculous price point, a fairly average game line-up and a fair bit of negative press leading into launch. The PS4 is $100 cheaper (its $450 cheaper in Oz!), similar to slightly better game line-up and glowing press and a lot of hype. Pre-orders are higher (though that doesn't always mean massive sales) but if they can supply enough consoles I reckon they can make it.
