- Learn various Japanese greetings and customs. Probably some Chinese as well just to be safe.
- Find out what exactly the specs of the Wii U can do and what the various R&D teams have planned for the system by way of software and hardware. Depending on what I hear, I may make the plans to phase the Wii U out early or not.

- Look into really embracing and getting indie developers (world wide) on board with the Wii U and 3DS. I see the indie scene being a big benefit for a system like the Wii U and if Nintendo can provide affordable tools and a market place for them to thrive they could turn the tide in Nintendo's favor.
- Expand some of the studios under the Nintendo umbrella so that they can at least support HD development but not to the size of the AAA games that wind up costing hundreds of millions or profit on most games selling $800k to $1 million alone.
- Find out about selling within China and other territories not yet touched by Nintendo's grasp.
- Look into getting Treasure to do a Sin and Punishment sequel that doesn't seem as "rushed" as the last one.
