i been playing pokemon since the beginning, i can tell you right now this has more hype than Gen 3-5 for sure. i made a thread awhile back to see which gens everybody played and who will be getting x/y. Surprisingly a bout 15-20% of VGChart users skipped either 4th or/and 5th gen but is coming back to this one. Im really hype for this myself :)
