I agree, if they want to sell their games in the phone/tablet market, they need to do it dirty cheap because that is what the customers are used to. And later it would be very hard to justify the price in their consoles.
The quality of the games could also suffer, because you cannot spend a lot of time in development cause the games are sold cheap and is hard to recover the investment.
