Sweet! What a fun job. Can't change the Wii U or games underway drastically at this stage, so I would:

-Launch a new marketing campaign. It would make the Wii U seem magical, like the ads for iPad. This would target women and mature adults especially, and feature clips of games and apps like the NL Ninja Star game, Game and Wario stuff, Karaoke, Wii Party U, video chat and so on. Unlike previous adds these would be cool, classy and dubstep-free. I would also have some focused COD-based ads targeting teen/20's males and Mario/ZeldaWW ads for kids. Make everyone want this thing. I would also promote "free on-line matchmaking forever". Especially to the COD crowd.
-Phase out the Basic bundle. Bundle Deluxe with COD, with Zelda WWHD and with Wii Party U, each for $349.
-Increase Retro to two teams. Their next two games would be Metroid and a new IP.
-Start Mistwalkers next game if it hasn't already begun. Sign a 3 title publishing deal. Give them a large budget and support from Monolith Kyoto if needed. Make it the next Final Fantasy.
-Launch a system-wide achievement system.
-Begin work on Wii U Lite. Hopefully it can be ready for launch of MarioKart 8. It will feature a slightly smaller and sleeker Gamepad, and a more flashy/different box. It will launch for $299.
-Begin development of Super Mario Universe. A journey through strange fantasy worlds with wild themes and high-end graphics. Outsource parts if necessary to speed development.
-Begin work on the next 2D Mario, which must be very different in theme from previous "New" titles. It should be designed for online play and DLC packs.
-No more other Mario "themed" titles.
-Launch a Nintendo Network+ service for $25 a year that will give you free downloads of virtual console games and other new titles and apps; and other bonuses. Offer special online-only games that allow for quick competitions, trophy collections and other social elements. Get Nintendo-loving chicks addicted to this.
-Go heavy on the apps. Hire a few developers with app experience on iOS and android to crank them out. Seek out new trendy app ideas like the next Angry Birds and buy them and publish them exclusively on Wii U (and maybe 3DS). A cool cheap new app should come out each month.
-Outsource Starfox to Platinum Games.
-Create a new in-house developer to make real sports titles. Start with (soccer) football and make a version that blows everything out of the water.
-Fund a new western ip from a fresh developer needing funds. Preferably something in the shooter/adventure category with an online component.
-Fund a new, exclusive Mega Man title like was done with Sonic.
-Ensure that Zelda U is awesome and realistic. Its visuals should be a mix of OoT, The Last Guardian and Pikmin 3.
-Promote the hell out of Monolith's game. Use this and Last Story 2 to go for the RPG crowd.
-Ensure Wii Sports 3 is ready for Christmas 2014 or before.
-Promote the new titles from Miyamoto and Yoshiaki Koizumi heavily in 2014. Hopefully they are amazing. I would also expand Koizumi's role and the staff he has at his disposal. He is one of the world's best game designers.
-Challenge all of the staff to develop new game themes and ideas. There was a time when Nintendo was all about new titles instead of sequels. I want the next big thing like Mario or Zelda, not just the next Mario and Zelda.
-Continue to expand and outsource so that there is a steady supply of new titles from old ips and new ones.
-Spring 2014 would be a re-launch of the whole brand, with the price drop to $299, Wii U Lite, MarioKart 8, the Miyamoto and Koizumi ips and so on. The NN+ service with Apps would kick into high gear, Wii Sports 3 would launch and at e3 2014 there would be a press conference revealing Zelda U for Christmas and a first look at Super Mario Universe.
