You're neither disappointed nor surprised, because you are pleased. But I don't see how you can be pleased, as I said. The sales don't hold much promise for the short term future, and cast doubt on the long term potential. Not only that, but 3rd parties will see the floundering sales figures and not support the system (or even less), which makes the situation even worse.
Saying they weren't ready is true, and sad. But how can any of that be pleasing?
