On the PC you can't log into the Japanese version of the game at all outside of Japan afaik, to register for the Korean version you need a Korean Social Security Number. Even if the WiiU wasn't Region-locked, you wouldn't be able to play the game either way.

I find it funny how I accidentally confuse you two, even though the usernames themselves are very different, they convey the same message.
