as i said above listen mode doesn't work on stationary people aka campers
honestly i don't think my problem is with the camping so much as how severely the game punishes movement you want to get somewhere doing anything but walking like a crab? forget it

Its a survival game. You're supposed to get ganged up on if you dont have your teammates around you. If someone attacked you from behind it sounds like you got surrounded stayed in one place the team broke off into parts and you got flanked by one of them.
