At best, it was 42 since it actually fell behind NSMBU this week. On the other hand, someone on GAF who I believe has access to these numbers said "just about 1000" for Nintendo Land last week. Depending on exactly what that means, that 1,198 at 41 might not be all that accurate (NL was 33). Either way, it does not appear that Pikmin or Super Luigi did much of anything for hardware. |
I noticed this as well, which I found odd.
However, I did see a lot of deals with the game and the Basic Wii U bundle around, and the Basic was much, much higher than the Premium on Amazon this week. It's still odd that it drops out of the Top 40 when this game releases though.
