Now that Pikmin 3's here I'd recommend Wii U, but I didn't before that, its lineup was just too weak.

alot of people were waiting for that. I never liked those games on GC so it doesnt do anything for me, but its supposed to be good.

No game appeals to everyone I guess. I would recommend Pikmin 3 to a wide variety of gamers though, which combines with its quality makes a system seller in my opinion, the first on the Wii U.

oh i def think it will move some consoles, but maybe not like say...a Halo would move some 360s. My days of buying systems for one game are over.

Very few games moved consoles like Halo 3 did for the 360, haha.

The way I see it is, Pikmin 3 might be the one game to buy a system for, but it's not buying the system for that game alone; once someone has a Wii U games like NSMBU and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate are worthwhile purchases too. I would never buy a system for one game alone, but I can't really think of a recent system with only one game with getting either.
