I'm level 30 in the MP and I can say without doubt that their are no campers in this game.

Its not good for ones health to camp in this game, you'll sell out your team mades and get surrounded. There are campers but they are usuallys surveying their team while sniping. Other than that they can switch to holding a pistol and finish the job.
