In all honesty, the development difference between DX 11/DX 11 equivelant and one API lower is so minute that using that as a means to rule out potential development is a clear case of PR bullshit.  It's a backhanded way of saying no to Wii U without giving a truly valid reason.

I think you mean DX10.1/DX11
