Indie Devs, who Im assuming wont be releasing games at retail but on an online store.
Games are too popular nowadays for a crash to come in. When you have Call of Duty selling 20 Million a Year and FIFA selling 15 Million a Year it simply wont happen.
Games have dedicated fanbases. These games will ensure the survival of certain platforms no matter how much garbage is released. Look at the Wii - Shitty, rubbish cash in games flooded the market yet the true quality titles kept the machine going.
Also, the PS2 was arguably the console with more shovelware than anything else. Ever... Its still the best selling console of all time.
