Now your really going into irrational territory.The government cares about phone and internet records, not gaming consoles. Xbox 360 and its kinect was not mentioned as devices that MS was asked to divulge.They say Kinect has numerous privacy settings and that they would aggressively appeal any future requests that would harm their relationship with consumers.

They said all they need to. People like you just show your true colors now. Get real, and stop being full of yourself. Assuming your so damn important that the government wants to spy on you.....disregarding your phone records but ripping on a not-released console that MS has confirmed to never give Xbox related information in the past and will fight against in the future.

Someone who is not trustworthy of Microsoft after it having a serious scandal is irrational? Who are you or anyone else to judge what I request in order to feel safe and protected.

What you're doing is the same thing as telling an 18 year old white girl to walk through the bad parts of Detroit at 2am. It's irrational, statistically she won't get raped or mugged, but if she doesn't feel safe doing it, then you can't say she is irrational for not doing it.

No internet security is different from vaginal security, but the point still stands.

Google gets an absurd amount of information requests from the NSA and it oblidges to some degree just because of the number of cases it has. When One releases and can provide information on the heart-rate of users, and interior house dimensions, Microsoft will get a lot more information requests, and will share it.

Who cares if I'm important or not? Does my privacy as a consumer not matter? What if my son grows up to become a rock star, or a famous scientist. Then all the information about him growing up will be reviealed, and I won't be able to lie about the growth hormones and brain stimulants I forced into his breastmilk..... I won't be able to lie about the 17 prostitutes who roam freely in my house....my Marijuanna plantation will be exposed and I'll go to prison
