Pikmin 3 perhaps?
Still, Nintendo's games don't have monster budgets to begin with, so doubling the budget of something isn't neccessarily going to make one of their games unprofitable all of the sudden. Plus they charge $10 more on average for a Wii U title.
This is also why though I don't think Nintendo will ever have much interest in graphical fidelity much past what the Wii U already offers. Their next "console" is likely to be more of a mobile tablet that can wiressly send a video signal to a television if its within range, but sticks with about Wii U level graphics.
3DS games like Luigi's Mansion 2 or Kid Icarus Uprising probably cost double a lot of DS games in development cost too.
