I look back at this thread, and I believe this is certainly a possibility.
Let's have a look at the current SW status for the Vita this year.

Yeah, it's shockingly depressing. So if we guess the figure will be, say, treble this come the end of the year, we get around 5mil. Pokemon X and Y should hit that comfortably, so even beating the ENTIRE VITA LIBRARY seems possible now.
