Of course. They will need to make it for PS4/X1 in order to cover the loss from Bayonetta 2.
if bayonetta 2 doesn't succeed there wont be a bayonetta 3 for PS4/X1 lol, also if it succeeds then it'll be a WiiU exclusive again!
Absolutely not. Nintendo is funding Bayonetta 2 so that Bayonetta fans buys a WiiU. Once the targeted audience is equipped with a WiiU Nintendo has no more reason to fund a sequel. Bayonetta 3 would thus need to be published by a 3rd party which would make it multi-platform.
EDIT : beaten.
Huh? If the game succeeds Nintendo has every reason to fund Bayonetta 3 on WiiU.
he's anti nintendo.. it kinda shows lol
his 2nd reply makes a lot of sense, stop making excuses and think.
ok? If you funded something and it became a success, you wouldn't budget another sequel? Stop making excuses and think!
Lol such a fail, nintendo are funding bayonetta 2 so it can move consoles for them and attract the core audience. If it does so then nintendo doesn't have a reason to fund bayonetta 3 because their goal with bayonetta would have already been accomplished.
"Major Fail" Yes that would bring core audience but another sequel would attract more then some might purchase the Bayonetta 2! So your saying Sony shouldnt make PSASBR2 cuz in your logic "the fighting audience already bought a ps3 for the original PSASBR"... Good
Be original...
Another sequel woudn't do a thing, the people who it might attract would already have bought the console. Your example is so illogical, nintendo are losing money by funding bayonetta 2 and god knows what it's budget is, so yes they have no reason to fund it's sequel is this time it will not bring them returns.
You need to undestand what funding means.
funny thing is i never mentioned anything about that, all i stated was "If" Bayonetta 2 was a success then nintendo should fund another sequel, so open your eyes while reading.
Edit: I like how you kno the future, already calling something a failure (not those words exactly). Just typical. Oh well
