looks like it's in some gaming development envinronment. you'd need to learn about how to use all their libraries and what-nots. which... if you already know how to program takes maybe a month or two to learn, i guess. if you don't know how to program yet, i don't know how much background you actually need before diving in. truth is, probably a lot.
the Wii is an epidemic.
