2.15 million is where the game stands a week and a half ago, so it's probably at about 2.3-2.5 million now. Plus Sony  all publishers often always announces shipped units, not units sold.

Sony is know to announced shipped numbers, and never the actualy number of units sold. Others may do it too, but Sony is known most for it.

Anyway UC3 is undertracked, I'm not arguing it

Unless a publisher is quoting a tracking service, the numbers they're announcing are shipped, because none of them have a global tracking service and thus pay Media Create, NPD, and Chart Track for their data.
