Agreed! Whites and Purples especially only made for cheap kills. Heck even the captains being able to attack neutered some enemies like the Cannon Beetle Larvae. With all that stuff gone in Pikmin 3 (story mode atleast), along with the return of a day limit, and poison still being an element, Pikmin 3 should definitely be more challenging than Pikmin 2, which is a great thing imo.
