If you think WiiU is still 7th gen, wouldn't that make the PS4 7th gen?

I base it on graphics and power, that's just my opinion. I don't want to keep playing games with the same 8 yo graphics for another 7-8 years.

I'll consider it a 7th gen console, untill I see something mind blowing that I haven't seen on PS3/360 coming out on it.

brb, gunna go edit that to say "It is the last entry in the seventh generation of video game consoles, and will compete with the Sony PS3 and the XBox 360"

We need to have a universal definition of "generation" in the context of video games.  But that will never happen.
