3:1 in a third world country? So that's like 12 PS3's this year sold vs 4 Xbox 360's?

You know Brasil sells close to 2 million consoles per year... most of countries in the world didn't sell that... in fact US, Japan, UK and more one or two countries in EU.

I saw a recent video from Comedy Central where the guy got surprised when he was told that Brazil has the  5th biggest economy in the world...

6th actually, saw it on John Stewart Daily Show, but even that is impressive. France being 5th, and closing in on them (brazil on France).

Video games is another story with their ridiculously high taxes on the stuff.

Shame they're 7th in both PPP and Nominal GDP, with France being 9th in 2 off the 3 institutions lists for PPP, but sadly they're 5th in Nominal :(

And I should hope they have strong GDP numbers considering they're the strongest Latin America country and have a population of 200m which is the 5th most populous, behind China ~1.4bn, India ~1.3bn , USA ~320m and Indonisia at ~250m
