iirc tracked was something you could set games to so that you would be alerted to any news on that particular game, and I think at one point it was also meant to give you updates on the sales of that particular game as well. This was back when VGC had its own gaming news section though so at this point I don't think it does anything.
So basically it's supposed to be a way for you to track a game.
