It's quite the opposite of what you claim actually.. Wii was WAY ahead of its time, which is the reason Sony and MS are now trying to "catch up" with their motion control Wii-type games. PS3 and 360 were and are the ones behind the times, clinging to the same old type of games and gameplay, and also the reason they are fighting for second place. Wii was truly something new.
