Overall I agree with Resident Evil, Duke Nukem and Star Fox (But Star Fox hasn't stranded that much). I don't think Metroid M wasn't that bad, really. And Final Fantasy...well, meh. It's such a changing saga, I don't really recall any problems with each entry being different. You say FF9 had a medieval theme, but FF6 was totally steampunk and I prefer it much better. |
Yeah, but FF does need to have that charm that it had back in the 90s. FF10 was the first game that really made me say " Wow. I miss Final Fantasy 8!" And I prefer FF7 and FF9 over FF8.
