Iwata is doing fine and holding to the old Nintendo philosophy wich is also good (like not to become third party only and not to develop on smart phone and stuff... But Nintendo should have been way more ambitious after the big cash in from Wii and DS. With a slightly more powerful machine (with a price comparable to the competitors), and the creation of more studios to support the console, Nintendo could have aimed at becoming the market leader again. Probably not by a lot, but still...
