I love Coconut Water XD What protein powder are you using? I'd recommend you trying Optimun Nutrition Chocolate 100% Oat Whey if you haven't tried it and are looking for a different kind.
And these fries are healthy for you without all the unhealthy fat so yes you can make it if you want :) I'm assuming there is some carbs in it so it would be recommended to make it before your workout though.

I'll check out the protien powder you mentioned... have a large bag of muscle milk that I regret owning that me and the wife have been trying to get through. Looking forward to making these on Friday when I start back up on real food.
