I understood bits and part of it. The beginning the daughter wanted to watch Anime (as you probably could see and hear). He then started playing on the gamepad only, the wife (mama) left, as she was leaving I think she told him he was only playing video games and probably gave him some kind of warning given his reaction (it's alright/everything's okay/etc.).
Probably he forgot to pay the electric bills or something? I probably should play closer attention, something about his wallet.
