I've been banned for practically no reason before too.  That's just what happens here, lol.  The very first time i got banned was because my post was also misinterpreted because I forgot to quote someone.

Then, also got banned for that thing about Tekken that we got into months back.  The funny thing is that I still play Tekken Tag 2.  Revolution now too, but, only using Lili in that game, because she hasn't been changed enough to have a negative impact when I switch between the two.

Anyway..  A couple of things.

1.  Why is the moderator trolling you in the ban notification?

2.  Who are the moderators protecting?  I mean it seems as though people around here have skin with the thickness of wet toilet paper.  If that's the type of person you are, you shouldn't even be on the internet.  You know what we do? Get competitive when we play, that's what.  Talk shit over the microphone and scream at idiots that don't know how to play.

I've not once ever had to use the report button on PSN or XBL.  What I don't understand is why the moderators are so ban happy, given the competitive nature of games.

I used toto moderate an online gaming server on kaillera before the owner moved to other things.  Whenever there  was a conflict, we weren't even supposed to do anything about it unless there were threats or racism, etc. involved.  That's just the way it was.  Not a lot got you banned there.  Hell, you could even catch a mod on a good day and curse them out, but, if you were going to do something like that, it was up to them what happened to you.

Personally, I just ignored it most of the time.  What do you expect from a community of competitive people?  Thicker skin, hopefully.

Oh well. I don't threaten to leave, I just stop posting for long periods of time.
