Could MK8, Bayo2 and X run on a PS3[60]

That is a blatant lie, every single preview I read pointed out how rock solid the framerate is and applauds the v-sync (there was absolutely no screentearing on the WiiU...in stark contrast to Bayo 1 !)

It wasn't perfect 60FPS, it's their target though and they are pretty much there. :)
