Could MK8, Bayo2 and X run on a PS3[60]

Then it wouldn't be the same version. It would run on PS3/360 in the same way that Modern Warfare 3 runs on the Wii; doesn't mean the PS3/360 versions have Wii graphics, or that X/Bayo 2 have PS360 graphics.

not really, just because it has a bit lower res textures or a bit of difference of draw distance doesnt mean its not the same game. that means that red dead redemption on the PS3 isnt the same game on the 360 because the 360 version runs on a slightly higher resolution. nothing drastice would really change, just a few touches here in there. its not like MK8 or bayonetta 2 have outstanding graphics either.
