Seriously?  The whole DRM thing will be forgotten by the time the console launches... the folks who gamed on Xbox systems for the past 2 gens aren't going to switch just because M$ had a PR brainfart for a few weeks.

And any potential buyers M$ may have lost would have paled in comparison to the disaster that was the PS3 launch, which saw millions of gamers switch from Sony to M$ for a number of reasons.
