Eh I wouldn't wait for the site to go online. It could take several days and maybe weeks before they make an official update/announcement.
They just said that the FAQ section is outdated. We still don't know what is changing, but given that the rumor of a policy change is true already, there is a good chance that the details might be correct as well.
