I got to go to E3 for a day, and honestly pretty much all of Nintendo's main games there -- Mario Kart 8, Mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, Zelda: WW :HD, Bayonetta 2, etc. all played fine without the Wii U tablet. DKC: Tropical Freeze didn't even let you use the Wii U tablet.
Wonderful 101 was the only game there that seemed to use the Wii U tablet primarily for drawing commands on the touch screen.
