That's the impression I'm getting from Quantic Dream and David Cage, at least. And it wouldn't surprise me if Remedy was the same, considering how similar their games are in spirit.

That's pretty much my thought process.

I don't know about Quantic Dream's games, but Remedy makes games.

If you have a good PC, you should try Alan Wake when it comes cheap during one of the Steam offers or such. Yes, it's cinematic but it's also a good game.

It's been recommended to me before, and I've found it quite cheap in some places. So I do intend to try it if I run into a place where they sell it for like $10 or something (I've seen it with that price tag before).
