I believe the difference of 50% on paper might not be 50% in performance.  We see this alot with video cards today, where 50% might gain you 5 extra fps.  The key will be exacly how efficient each console is at doing everything instead of just one thing.

In the end at 1080P we probably will not see that much diffrence between the 2 consoles and it will come back to the same story as it always does, THE GAMES!!
