i think it could be a worth while investment, but that's really only something that can be seen in hindsight. I think rayman and nsmariou have a great function of being able to be played by 5 people. That can be a game changer if more were to implement this kind of idea. The idea of assymetric gameplay doesn't seem to have caught on by many developers and that's a shame. They seem to be more focused on what they can do with more horsepower and reluctant to step out of their comfort zone. There's alot of possibilities with asymetric gameplay, but the question is will anyone take the time and money to make a worth while game with this logic of development. Only time will tell.
