Firstly PS+ games that you get free, are subscription based games, so if they were to switch it off, your subscription would end, and therefore, there isnt really a problem, because these games you play are effectively rentals. If you purchase any games via the PS+ system, you download them and play them. You can play them offline, because they dont rely on PS+. If PS+ was switched off, as long as they still have download servers you could download and install and play them. Hes just angry because MS copied PSN Plus and gave him a four year old game. Sony showing MS how to give premium online gaming value without locking consumers out of the major experience of owning their console. :)
