Confirmed, if you are banned from xbl you lose all your games

Or, someone else hacks your account and gets you banned?  So now, griefers who really hate someone and want to mess up their lives, can hack an account and get their target banned.  BAM, they lose access to ALL their content, EVEN single player only experiences.

Then you just call up and get yourself unbanned.  How can someone hack your account unless you are foolish enough to give out your password through some silly scheme.
