I am not bashing...they are stepping back from the restrictive policy slightly. They are allowing flexability with the licensed titles. If you don't get that you'll never get it. The system is still intact, they are just saying "we'll give you this for whatever we restrict here". If I do buy an Xbone some years down the road I will definitely not buy any used games, because theres no point for me really. I probably wont even worry about the lending either since it will be the secondary console for sure. Disc based > Digital when it comes to buyer power.
