If you think about it, there's no reason why the 77+ million XB360's can't be used as the access gate to the same cloud computing resources as the only difference would be the upgraded Kinect interface. No need for an XB1 to play XB1 games.

You could also use any Windows PC with the ability to interface with the input devices. 

The ps3 and ps4 will be able to stream games from Gakai in its future, perhaps also Xbone games!
