I think I read somewhere that said that 1 game can be played simultaneously. So for instance, one dude bro can get COD Ghost and share with all his dude bros and spend they can spend the rest of the money on beer and doritos :P

read the damn pic. It clearly says 6 DIFFERENT games/people/consoles. You only ever own one copy of the game and thus only one person can ever be playing it at a time.

They mention that it works for any console with your profile on it. 

 

I don't think this is directly related to the game sharing feature.
