Well it really depends on your criteria.

I don't think anyone can really doubt that Microsoft showed off a more impressive exclusive lineup than either of the other two companies. But Sony got on stage and said "used games allowed" and got a longer cheer than any game showed off by either company.

Which was most effective? Undoubtedly Sony. But the question specifically asks which was my favourite, and that was Microsoft.
