If the reception for DRM is bad enough for publishers to change their mind, as it's enforces on xbox, they could not change it, unlike PS4
That's the difference to me.
Plus, japanese publishers has never been as much on DRM than american ones. Not all publishers want always on DRMs, and might see it as a bad thing on ONE
